Refunds and cancellations

Breaker starts with a 14-day free trial. Stripe needs a card on file to start the trial, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.

You can cancel anytime. Go to Account and choose Cancel plan. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you finish cancelling.

Cancelling stops future billing right away. You keep your paid plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and we do not charge you again after that.

We do not issue refunds for the unused part of a billing period. Cancelling anytime just means you will not be charged for the next one.

Nothing on this page limits a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. If the service is faulty in a way the law covers, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund.
