A Whatnot week inside BreakCount
This is BreakCount on one invented week of Whatnot shows: four shows, two open lots, every fee and lot cost subtracted down to net profit. The sales are made up. The fee rates and the arithmetic are the real ones, and your own week replaces all of it the first time you import your Weekly Order Report.
Show profit
1 show in this period is still waiting on lot costs, so it is not counted above.
Synthetic numbers, real math. Every fee above is worked at Whatnot's published 8% commission and 2.9% plus $0.30 an order, verified 12 August 2026 against their schedule, and every total reconciles to the cent. Whatnot fees explained walks through them, and the fee calculator runs them on one sale.

What you import
Everything above came out of one file: the Weekly Order Report, found in Seller Hub under Finances, then Statements & Reports. Here is a corner of it, three sample rows and six of its 36 columns. Our guide to the report walks every column.
| Transaction Type | Listing Title | Buy Format | Post Coupon Price | Commission Fee | Payment Processing Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Order Earnings | Prizm base stack | Auction | 50.00 | 4.00 | 1.75 |
| Order Earnings | Giveaway: base card stack | Giveaway | |||
| Order Refund | Prizm color match | Auction | 25.00 |
Sample rows. The blank cells are real: the report leaves a column empty when it does not apply, like fees on a giveaway. BreakCount reads all 36 columns so you never have to, and a backlog goes in the same way: drop every week at once and they import one file after another.
Inventory & costs
What a lot cost you is the one number BreakCount cannot import. Each card tracks how much of it has come back, and can name who you bought it from, which is how your shelf and your history group by supplier.

A lot you have not broken yet can be planned first: the break planner works out break-even per spot and the show profit you are aiming at, then scores the real show against the plan.
